Assessment of need for the provision of toilets

Gwynedd Council has a responsibility to assess the community's need for toilets in Gwynedd and to put a plan in place to meet identified needs.

We are interested in your views. The information you provide will help us build a picture of community's needs. We will use the information to help prepare a Local Toilet Strategy, which we will publish by 31st May 2019.

For the purpose of the survey and this strategy, the term toilet includes changing facilities for babies and changing facilities for people with disabilities. These can be located in private buildings such as cafes and shops that are a part of the community grant scheme as well as public toilets run by the council.
