Community Safety 2017 - Gwynedd

Are you a citizen of Gwynedd County? If so, The Gwynedd and Anglesey Community Safety Partnership would like to get your opinion relating to 'crime and disorder' within your community.

The partnership is a multi agency statutory partnership, which brings together various organisations to include:

·         Local Authorities (Gwynedd and Anglesey)

·         North Wales Police

·         North Wales Fire and Rescue Authority

·         Wales Probation Service

·         Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board

·         Other voluntary and statutory agencies

Their aim is to make Gwynedd and Anglesey a safer place to live, work and visit.

On an annual basis, the Partnership develop a statutory assessment of crime and disorder across North Wales. Therefore, this assessment, as well as other sources of information, helps the partnership develop a plan to reduce crime and disorder across the county through the use of targeted evidence. This survey is an important part of the consultation process.

This survey will not ask you to share your name or home address, but we will be asking you to share your postcode. By having this information, we will be able to compare the information you share with us against particular areas within our community.

The information you share with us will give us an idea of how citizens feel about crime and disorder within their locality. Your reponse to this survey will be used to shape our priorities for future service development.

Information received will be shared within the partnership only, and will not be shared with any third parties. Data will be kept by the Local Authority for a 12 month period.
