Gwynedd and Anglesey's Well-being Plan - Public Consultation Questionnaire

The Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act came into force on 1st April 2016.  The purpose of the act is to improve the social, economic, environmental and cultural well-being of Wales.

The Gwynedd and Môn Public Service Board has divided the whole area into 14 smaller areas for the purpose of a Well-being Assessment.  Research has been carried out on behalf of the Board on each of the 14 areas to learn and understand more about the well-being of those areas.

Following the Well-being Assessment that was carried out at the end of 2016, Gwynedd and Anglesey's Public Service Board has written a Draft Well-being Plan for both areas.  We want to know what you think of the Draft Well-being Plan - do you agree with the objectives?  Will they improve your well-being?  This is an opportunity to have your say, by completing this questionnaire.

The consultation period ends on the 30th of March 2018, and with your response, the Board hopes to write the final Well-being Plan that will be published during May 2018.

Your opinions are extremely important to us in order to ensure that the Board set the best possible objectives to be able to really improve the well-being of our residents.
